Profile Information

My Plug:: 911 operator

My BodyPROUD Story: I have 2 kids, and work parttime, as a police call taker. My philosophy is life is too short, don't take what you have for granted, and live life fullfilled and happy.

My Facts 'n Stats:: Donna, almost 30, oh..I mean 40. ;-p...I have no background in fitness, have just got the bug, and now this is what I want to do.

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: To be on the cover of Oxygen Magazine....SOMEDAY ;-)

Please Help ME with:: I started out soft, so soft actually that I could not do one pushup, but now I can 20...and will keep climbing. Next, will be my first pull up. I have quite a ways to go, but I know I can do it. I am also kinda shy, quiet, and very laid back...so training will help me get out a little more and give me a little more confidence. My husband and my trainers are my motivation, with their love and support I wouldnt be here. I also like to visualize myself, after the transformation.

Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:: Seeing my little muscles popping out. ;-) and going from 1, to 3, to 5, to 10, to 15...to 20 pushups.
