My BodyPROUD Story: I study at Concordia in Poli Sci and hoping to transfer in to law in September. Love active living music and just spending time with friends and family!

My Facts 'n Stats:: Whats up everyone! I'm Dimitri, started working out actively in 2007. Met my trainer a Fame Pro Benoit Myre and that when I really decided to change my life style and compete!

Life Advice that Helped Me:: Never give up! It is all about dedication. Many people come in to the gym with the hope to loose weight and then fall for many fad diets and routines. But what really needs to be done is a change of Life style.
Diets fail, life styles stick with you!

Please Help ME with:: I joined the gym cause I was tired of my some what slugish look. Once I finally got a structured diet plan and a training routine I managed to lean up for the summer and for the first time in my life I saw that I had a six pack! That was the best feeling ever.
Once you reach that point and see that you are in control of your body, of how you look and feel, you simply can not stop.
