- My BodyPROUD Story
- Joined Fame to support my girlfriend at first. Now an urge to try and push my body to new limits is starting to emerge. I have always been in good shape and have played football for many years. When my girlfriend joined fame i figured i may as well take a different approach to my training and push myself in another direction sculpting my body in ways that i have never done before.
- My Facts 'n Stats:
- -6' tall
-29 years old.
-Started at 244 lb's.
-Was at one time able to bench 500 with ease
-have always been athletic
-always hungry to learn more about my body and ways to work it whether for looks or strength
- My bodyPROUD Goals:
- 1 month into diet and new routine. totally new experience for me and the diet is very tough coming from being able to eat what i wanted within reason. Seeing good results and so far have dropped 25 lb's. Month 2 starts mon with stricter diet and new routine.
- My AHA Life Defining Moments:
- Push it, push it and push it till you can't no more
- My Transformation Triumphs!
- Benched 5 plates for 2 reps at a pinnacle in my strength building days
- My bodyPROUD Intentions:
- Sculpt My Physique, Gain Exposure
- To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:
- 3 months to train and diet. Definitely tough to diet at times but getting easier
- Life Advice that Helped Me:
- Its all a mindset. After you understand yourself and what you have the power to control it makes all goals achievable through hard work and dedication.
- How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:
- Days will be tough and others will be easy. With proper support from my fiance who is doing this as well it helps keep me strong to endure the days that i am weak
- Please Help ME with:
- Keeping diet interesting (if possible)
- My Dietary &/or Training Routine:
- 7 days a week work out routine to start. Very strict diet going into carb depletion.
- Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:
- Any and all support offered during these pre-contest days
