yes i have relatives in Perth. i also stopped in for a stay in Sydney and Auckland as well. the scenery are incredible in all those cities.

I have just joined the group, I am though in the unenviable position of having had serious surgery that will partilly disable me{foot/ankle fusions} and also need 2 knee replacements, left ankle fusion, and sholder/hip surgery all in the next 4-5 years, I have to do it now before I get too old, my desire for the gym is great but after 5 months I have only just been allowed to enter the re-hab pool to begin to grow my calf and quads again, no other stuff can I do at present ..bummer, keeping my weight stable though. Anyway
