My Facts 'n Stats:

My name is Dena Anne Weiner and I am 46 years old. I have three teenage sons, own a Mortgage Banking Corporation and am a Fitness and Figure compeititor. I have done 81 fitness and figure shows from 14 different fitness, bodybuilding and figure affiliations in the last 14.50 years. I also model and do TV, commercials and do some on line custom diets and personal training for all walks of life, fit or wanting to get fit clients. I help motivate, inspire, encourage and educate all those that I come in contact with about the importance of being healthy and fit for life, no matter what age you are at. Life is all about setting goals and following your dreams. You only live once so enjoy every minute of it. Try new things, go out of your box and you will find things that you never thought you could do, you do well and you have fun doing them. I have never competed to win or lose, but for the journey it took just getting on stage in the first place. The preparation helps you for everything you do in life, the dedication, determination and discipline it takes to get on stage and compete in a fitness show, helps in the every day life with a family( raising children), business (Career) dealing with diversity and obsitcles that may get in the way and health and fitness (a balanced life, making it a lifestyle not a diet (the first three words in diet are DIE) .
