HELP HELP HELP..

Okay, I've been working out for about 3 months now, and I haven't lost not one single pound! I'm very depressed and confused.I need some feedback on this. What am I doing wrong? I started out very encouraged and determined to compete next year. But now I'm not even concentrating on that because I 'm not loosing any weight. I've lost a few inches, visually I can see that, but each time I step on the scale, it gives me the same weight 194.4. I've gone down as low as 192. but that's it.It's week…See More

This is my transformation diary. I've always been a thin person most of my life. I've never really had any weight issues. I'm a mother of 6 children and pretty much kept my shape up until my late 40's. After my last child I got up to a size 8. Now I'm 54 and a size 12 which didn't really bother me until I saw myself in a photo.
