- How to diet properly for what I am trying to accomplish. It is a little different type of dieting for competition....
- Please Help ME with:
- I think this is the most muscular and skinnest I have ever been. I started hardcore dieting about 2 months ago and never have seen my abs til now. I hope to lean down a tad bit more and compete with all the top dogs someday. Dieting for me is a challenge cause I love food but it's going to be super fun at the end!!
