To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: I have had a dream to compete in fitness modeling for a long time. My own personal goals are to live and breath proper nutrition and exersice and have the ability to teach others about the importance of it all

Life Advice that Helped Me:: Whatever your goals are, in order to achieve them you have to put 100% into it. There is no "I'm gonna start tomorrow" or "I just have no time" do it now!! there is no time to waste.
