My Plug:: Im a Territory Manager for a Millwork company. Doors and Moulding

My BodyPROUD Story: I went to University of Ottawa and studied Human Kinetics. Bodybuilding has been in my family since my grandfather. He was in the fitness magazines back in 1944 and has passed along the passion to me. I need to start doing more competitions though.

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: I beleive that fitness and health is the most important aspect in life. Fame provides me with a goal to work towards and keeps me as healthy as possible.
