My BodyPROUD Story: I really just love to train and help others reach their goals! A happy body leads to a happy person and a great day to day life and the more people I can help the happier I am!

My Facts 'n Stats:: I've been lifting weights for over 10 years but I can say that I've really been dedicated with my diet for the past 3 years! I have a B.Eng from McGill and am 3/4 through a M.eng however I am also pursuing my true love, fitness!

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: To be the healthiest person I can be. The physique and strength is really just a benefit! I would also like with the right help (maybe sponsors) to be able to compete with all pros whether "natural" or not in the next couple years Ideally 2011, that kinda growth takes time! Most importantly while staying a natural athlete.

Please Help ME with:: I've always been athletic, started as a competitive swimmer and started weightlifting when I stopped. Switched over to Football for a bit, but always continued to lift. I was diagnosed with Chrohn's Disease in March 2006 and had to have 6 inches of my large intestine removed. It led to a major change in eating and in developing a keen interest in Nutrition. So I agree when everyone says that the choice to train and eat healthy is no chore but a lifestyle and I've learned to stay fit and eat right in order to stay healthy!
