- Well I'm very proud to say that We are finally opening up our very own gym. It's not really that big but I can tell it'll a year from now.Lots of inquiry are coming in and i know that We are going to have lots of " regulars " come opening time. So guys wish me luck.....

- Nothing beats HARDWORK......The body is the temple of God so you gotta take care of it if you want GOD to take care of you !

- What motivated me to do weight training is the health benefits you get from it, I am too active to just sit around and watch myself become a couch potato. I started workin out in 2004 but it was on and off.I felt that it was really doing me good and besides the kids and my wife said " You look great dad " I set a goal to much better. I cleaned up my eating, quit smokin ( yup I was a smoker back then ) and set to gain 20 lbs by 2007. I attended seminars on Fitness and Bodybuilding.This landed me a job as Fitness/Personal trainer. From then on I was really hooked.........My family one day said that I should try competing and that's why I'm now doing my first show which is FAME Philippines .

- I want to share how important being fit is all the days of your life. Fit not only physically but mentally and Spiritually.

Hello to all of you Bodyproud members out there. This is Cris Carasig from the Philippines.I just want to extend all my thanks to everyone who gave support to Fame Philippines last March 28. It was really a blast having joined my first competition and earning my first title.
