My Background // My 'Story": I AM A HARD WORKING SINGLE MOM OF TWO WONDERFUL CHILDREN. I HAVE LIVED A FIT LIFESTYLE SINCE I WAS IN MY TWENTIES, (ALMOST 40 NOW!!!) AND HAVE A STRONG DESIRE TO COMPETE. I LOVE SPENDING TIME WITH MY FAMILY AND SUPPORTIVE FRIENDS. I AM VERY BLESSED!!!

NOT ONLY IS IT GREAT TO BE PROUD OF YOUR BODY, BUT STAYING IN SHAPE IS GOOD FOR MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL HEALTH AS WELL. I BELIEVE MENTAL, SPIRITUAL, AND PHYSICAL HEALTH IS ALL INTER-CONNECTED!!!!
