My BodyPROUD Story: I AM A HARD WORKING SINGLE MOM OF TWO WONDERFUL CHILDREN. I HAVE LIVED A FIT LIFESTYLE SINCE I WAS IN MY TWENTIES, (ALMOST 40 NOW!!!) AND HAVE A STRONG DESIRE TO COMPETE. I LOVE SPENDING TIME WITH MY FAMILY AND SUPPORTIVE FRIENDS. I AM VERY BLESSED!!!

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: I LOVE BEING BODY PROUD BECAUSE IT IS THE BEST WAY TO LIVE! I AM PROUD TO SAY THAT I WORK HARD TO KEEP MY PHYSIQUE IN TOP SHAPE. NOT ONLY IS IT GREAT TO BE PROUD OF YOUR BODY, BUT STAYING IN SHAPE IS GOOD FOR MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL HEALTH AS WELL. I BELIEVE MENTAL, SPIRITUAL, AND PHYSICAL HEALTH IS ALL INTER-CONNECTED!!!!
