Profile Information

My Plug:: Licensed cosmetologist and MUA.

My BodyPROUD Story: I was always pretty athletic, growing up a tomboy and falling out of trees, to taking on track and field in jr. high and competing in 6 events every meet. I played every sport available then took on tennis seriously in high school. We worked out three days a week out of five and often complained that with all that lifting and cardio, if we ended up sucking at the sport, we'd at least be the most buff tennis players in Central Texas.
I've continued playing after high school, for almost ten years now, and had always kept up with my shape. Over the last year, with my husband in Iraq, I went back to school. I'm definitely not what I used to be, lol, but with Fame in Houston coming up in May and my own personal trainer, I'm going to kick into gear to try and win this thing!

"Pain is beauty". Idk who said it, and it doesn't really matter, but it's the truth. Best of luck to everyone, and your own goals. Anything is possible if you set your mind to it and work hard.

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: No competitions yet, only been to one to watch, check back!

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: Goal #1: Get up to a solid 117lbs - the weight I feel I look most fit.
Goal #2: Place in the top three in the bikini model competition at the Fame show in Houston.

Please Help ME with:: I've always been into fitness, but only recently decided to start competing. My husband is a personal trainer and competing bodybuilder so I figure it's something we could do together. He is my motivation and the best gym partner you could ask for.
I've recently began modeling, so hopefully getting more into shape and putting myself out there will help push that along.
