- I teach ballet and tap to 2-5 years old, I love it! The children look forward to me every week and I look forward to them. I also personal train and teach Mat Pilates.
- My BodyPROUD Story
- Iam a true fitness junkie. I work-out, eat healthy, teach dance to young children, personal train soccer moms, and is a mother to a beautiful 2yr.old little girl named Madi.I do it all. I live and train to be an ALPHA WOMAN.

- My first Bikini Contest, Houston, Texas May 8th.
- To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:
- Iam most proud that I look the way I do and I can say that I just had a child!!! Now that is motivating. There are no excuses.
- How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:
- I dont expect to be the best, I just train to be the best.

- I am doing my first ever Bikini Contest. I have been training and eating for it. Iam so excited!!!!
- Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:
- My proudest moment was when I had my daughter natural. I had a midwife and did it. I continued to teach dance and pilates unitl the day I had her. I also did a 12 week natural childbirthing class. I stayed positive and healthy throughout the whole thing. I was definatley scared about the unknown but I believed in the whole natural birthing process. This was a true test for me. I aimed for it and did it!!!!!
