Hi my name is Chris McPherson and I'm Extremely passionate about Health & Wellness as well as helping others achieve their goals and dreams in life. All great things in life happen first from within ourselves.

My goal is achieving and maintaining the highest level of fitness that I possibly can. Living life in a fit naturally healthy body just cant be beat!

I Am Looking for Advice On:

Where do I start? Well as a child I battled with severe asthma from the age of nine into early Highschool. It was there that I was persuaded by my family to join my schools track team, at that point in my life I could barely walk up a flight of stairs let alone run around a track and to me at the time it was a death sentence. The first year was brutal but I learned and my body adapted and I went from a boy who couldnt walk up the stairs in his own home to a highschool track star. Years after that I unfortunately became afflicted with Graves Disease which affects a persons Thyroid functions causing a great deal of issues with body metabolism and overall hormone production in the body. After dealing with these issues for the last 4 years I've come to learn that the solutions to my issues did not lie in a bottle but through intense nutritional education and application and fortifying my body with a daily regime exercise and constantly developing my body soul and mind.

I just had my first serious workout on my road to becoming all I can be physically, mentally and emotionally.
I had a rude awakening at how out of shape i really am.
