Profile Information

My Facts 'n Stats:
Chris Tucker age 35, work as IT Support in Law Firm, been lifting since I was 12.
My Background // My 'Story"
I am a very testosterone oriented male. I feel God made us as men in his image, strong, confident, protective, assertive, territorial, and highly aggressive when appropriate. I do not have any apologies for being the man that I am. I am considerate of others, empathy is a strong suit, and I LOVE to offer up assistance to others with anything that I am proficient at.
I train for Mixed Martial Arts as well as Body Building. I love to dance, and listen to music. I am also a little bit of an attention hound, but I think most of us in this game are to some extent.
I am married to a gorgeous woman and we have 3 awesome kids. Hers, Mine, and Ours; 14, 14 and 4.5 years old respectively.

I used to be a personal trainer and am thinking of re-certifying and picking up some clients afterwards. I intend to compete in the FAME LoneStar competition this May. Wish me luck!

My Most Proud Moments // My Claim to 'FAME':
I have recently received Sponsored Athlete status from USPLabs supplement company. Great products and I am very happy to be associated with such a stellar company.
Timeframe &/or Plan to Reach My Body Proud Goals
I plan to compete in the FAME LoneStar competion here inHouston on May 8-9, 2009. I want to increase the size of my legs a little before then and obviously drop about 5-6% for the show.
I Am Looking for Advice On:
It all started back when I was a young lad at the tender age of 12 I professed my undying love to a girl and she told me she liked me but didn't want a boyfriend with boobies. I had gyno from the time I was about 10 until well now. It is much less obvious now but I digress. Someone told me just build your chest up so that no one notices it anymore and that is when the love affair with the Iron Game got started. I have been lifting off and on since then. Mostly on. I had a shoulder surgery last year and since I could not lift leading up to it or after I made the best of it by eating well and doing cardio. I got very lean and learned how to do it easily for me. The planning and what not was never a problem it was the nutritional discipline. I have gotten much better at it and now plan to fulfill my dream of competing on stage at least once.
Job Description // Shameless Plug for My Products or Services :-)
I am a Techical Analyst for a major law firm. I used to train and am going to recertify and begin accepting clients again soon.
Status
married, heterosexual

My Philosophy on Nutrition, Physical Fitness &/or Focused Thinking:
I learned that whne you have a goal the best way to keep it is to never give yourself any time to rationalize things you are supposed to do just do them.
I am Grateful For:
The births of my children. The fact my wife chose me to be her life mate.
My Advice to You to Help You Reach Your Body Proud Goals:
Keep it going, keep it going. Just don't stop.
A Few Words about my Hero / Role Model / Trainer / Sponsor / Coach
Myself, I am currently following a diet based off of the CHA diet by Derek at SciVation, and working on my own training protocal.
I learned about this site from: (Be specific please)
The website for the FAME LoneStar show. I found it searching for a comp in Houston to compete in.
