I am a 22 years old student in the program of Human Nutritional Sciences. Within 2 years I plan to complete my degree and dietetic a internship and become a registered dietitian.

I would love to be ready to compete in 3 months, I have been training. increasing my weights for lifting and clean eating, but I have yet to commit to a competition which makes me slack on my goals here and there.

How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:
clean eating, and positive thinking, staying away from processed, modified foods, feeding my body what it needs to perform the way I want, not starving myself.
Please Help ME with:
posing and posture for competitions, I have never competed before.
My Dietary &/or Training Routine:
Not fixed, lean meats/protein ( pork, fish and lean beef) lots of vegetables, whole wheat pasta and brown rice etc. Training .. trying to push heavier weights to get more definition, increasing cardio to drop a few ponds and reveal my abs.
