- I have always been a fitness buff, I taught aerobics as a part time job to get me through nursing school. I continued my journey, had my children and decided to take up running. I completed many 10k runs, moved up to half marathons, and also tackled a few full marathons. After distance running I looked at my body and thought I needed to add a little weight training in, and I was hooked at the difference it made on my appearance.

- I am a married 47 year old mother of two fabulous daughters. I am proud to say fitness is a family event as my husband and oldest daughter also compete.
