- My BodyPROUD Story
- Worked in medical profession all my life until February of 2008 when I opened a fitness facility. Competed in amateur bodybuilding since the age of 39. Won provincial overall titile twice. Hold many fitness certifications and a course conductor for Fitness Kickboxing Canada.
- My bodyPROUD Goals:
- Two overall Nova Scotia provincial titles. Newspaper write up and bio after the second titile. First place couple award when paired with a 60 year old awesome man. Many first place awards in ten years.
- My AHA Life Defining Moments:
- Love the friendly competition and meeting people with similar passions.
- To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:
- Win an overall titile at the only local competition I have never entered.
