- I am 30, lived my whole life in Edmonton, AB Canada. I got into bodybuilding about a year ago. Competed in my first bodybuilding (fitness model) show on June 7, 2008.
- To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:
- To place in the top 10 in my next competition
- Life Advice that Helped Me:
- Never give up or give in, when you do you let your self down. The only one who can take you where you want to go is you.
- How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:
- You can do it if you want it. You can reach any dream or goal if you work hard.
- Please Help ME with:
- I had always been thin, growing up I hadn't worked hard at any sport. Then as I got older I got bigger, my food habits weren't good. I had just turned 30 and looked at myself with disgust! I hated looking in the mirror or shopping! So I hired a trainer, hit the gym and lost the weight! I went from 151lbs to 108lbs in a year of hard work. And I am still changing!
- Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:
- Stepping on the stage in 2008 and looking like I belonged there.
