Always be fair when judging in competition because we give the more effort we can to be there.

My Philosophy on Nutrition, Physical Fitness &/or Focused Thinking:

Never stop to enjoy life and enjoy it to the max. Training revitalize body and mind...

My Dietary &/or Training Routine:

I always listen my body; if I am tired, I don't traine because I don't want to over limit my body and get too tired. I do a better training the next day.
