My BodyPROUD Story: I am 30 years old and have lost 100lbs 3yrs ago and still counting.....I'm in the best shape I've ever been!
I have a 4yr old son Ethan who is my entire world and I wan to show him that anything you put your mind to you can reach with success.
I was in a very bad car accident 3yrs ago and am lucky to be alive....so I started taking my life and making it worth a whole lot more...so my health was the first thing
then my marriage fell apart durning all these new changes so I packed up my son and walked out. NOTHING or NO ONE has the right to make you feel less of a person.....
Only You can SAVE YOURSELF.......And so that is what I did and life could not be better ....because I AM HAPPY INSIDE AND OUT!!!

I LOVE MY JOB...AND I'M GOOD AT IT!!!
I'm all about setting goals and hitting them with complete success!!
