- My BodyPROUD Story
- No fancy story... i have done 4 years of full contact kick boxing, full fitness and have being gyming for a while now but never really had a good understanding of the whole "gym" "eating" "proper exercises" thing. From beginning of 2009 i decided that was it and that will be do something now. Not having the proper resources or not knowing enough i seeked proper help from a dietician and biokinetisit, set my mind in reading as much as possible from people that know better and just took in as much as possible. I have being on a mission to learn as much as i can and interact with people with the same goals and likings as myself. I will get lean big and mean but not too big. Amazing how important it is to eat the "right type" of foods. So we learn!
- My AHA Life Defining Moments:
- Too many... but heres one for now: "You get out what you put in"
- My bodyPROUD Intentions:
- Increase My Confidence, Improve my Health, Increase My Strength, Keep Me Young, Feel Better about Myself, Sculpt My Physique, Be an Inspiration to Others, Get Discovered - TV, Magazines, Sponsorship, Gain Exposure
- To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:
- End of this year 2009... More than likely i will not be 100% where i want to be before the year end but i will be close and looking goooooood :) NOW its June 2010 and look at me now. Amazing, i couldnt believe the change.
