My BodyPROUD Story: *********Howdy everyone!*********

Yes, you guessed it, I am from Texas! I grew up in a small town called Marble Falls but live in Cali now. I am a 36 year old mother and wife. After having my third baby in 2004 I was way out of shape. I was 170lbs and very unhappy! I refused to be an out of shape mother and wife and was determined to BREAK THE OVER WEIGHT MOMMY MOLD!!! I entered myself in an NPC figure competition and stepped on stage to compete just 9 months after giving birth.
I place 6th out of 12 girls, I WAS HOOKED! I'm now a National Figure Competitor, Certified Personal Trainer and spokes model for the product Kre-a-fem by All American EFX.
I'm so thankful and blessed to be where I am today. I could not have achieved all of this if it weren’t for my very sweet and supportive family. I would like to say to all the Mothers out there…..YOU CAN HAVE A BEAUTIFUL BODY after giving birth, you have to BELIEVE IN YOURSELF and make a GOAL, not an EXCUSE !!!
