Call around for local stores which carry foods you consume, pack a cooler, book a room w/a fridge. You will do just fine. Good luck w/ your show!!!
I'm going out of town, staying in a hotel, i want to stick to my diet. How can I stay on track??
HII have been doing very good with my diet. I eat 5-6 small meals a day. I have an egg white omlet in the morning, protein shake during the day, grilled chicken, grilled chicken salads, etc.....I am so nervous about going out of town for work and staying in a hotel room. I don't want to fall off track and eat fast food or junk food for 4 days, and only eat big meals 3 times a day. What do you typically do in that situation? Any pointers/help would be much appreciated :)BrittneySee More

I'm going out of town, staying in a hotel, i want to stick to my diet. How can I stay on track??

HI
I have been doing very good with my diet. I eat 5-6 small meals a day. I have an egg white omlet in the morning, protein shake during the day, grilled chicken, grilled chicken salads, etc.....
I am so nervous about going out of town for work and staying in a hotel room. I don't want to fall off track and eat fast food or junk food for 4 days, and only eat big meals 3 times a day. What do you typically do in that situation? Any pointers/help would be much appreciated :)
