because I like so much the adrenaline of competition and I 'm togheter friends.. and not friends lol when would defeat me ... i like to compete because i like to broke my records. and to excel myself

I Am Looking for Advice On:

when I was a child I was see the comics and tv and saw a lot of huge and strongs guys and heroes.. and I say " why not?? I want to be strong and big like that guys .." and i start my train with weights, when it's happend I was 12 years old and my weight were : 65 kg and my height were ; 1.70meters....and can't lift 30 kg
now 10 years after my height is :1.90 meters and my weight is :110 kg and I can do 2 reps with 245 kg in deep squat and 220 kg for 2 reps in front squat...
