I have been training for the past 8 years, and for the past 2 years I have been taking bodybuilding seriously. And Im starting to compete this year, my first group of competitions are from July - October 2009.

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: One fact that I strongly believe in is that 'natural' is definitely the way forward. I feel that 'using' is like a 'get rich quick' scheme, and cheating, thus the harder you work, the more you'll appreciate the outcome.
