- I grew up being athletic my whole life and played ice hockey, took martial arts, raced motorcycles and enjoyed life.
Been a Personal Trainer/Strength coach for over 15yrs.
Was in a bad car accident over 2 years ago and now ready to reclaim my old body back.

Currently training hard, not drinking and watching my nutrition even thru the holidays! Figure if I can do it now.. the rest of 2010 will be a breeze! Keeping my eye on the prize!

- My Philosophy on Nutrition, Physical Fitness &/or Focused Thinking:
- Your body is a machine... Keep it well tuned by proper nutrition!
Learn to graze and not gorge!
Drink a gallon of water a day will keep many aliments away!
Learn proper technique then stick with the basics!
Circuit Training and HITT Cardio is my rule of thumb for shedding unwanted body fat!
- My Dietary &/or Training Routine:
- 5-7 Small meals a day!
Atleast a gallon of water
My morning training routine is complete circuit training (3-4 days a week) done all outside with dumbbells, TO Super Strong Man Edition bands (LOVE THEM), Plyos and body weight exercises! Training days evenings is rollerblading or slow jog/walk/jump rope or biking!
Cardio currently consists of Incline Springs on a bridge with and without a harness and attached mustang tire in tow on off days from circuit training.
