My Plug:: I sell timeshares and vacation packages

My BodyPROUD Story: I have been working out for many many years and now just recently trying to increase my muscle size and become the best I can be.

My Facts 'n Stats:: 5'2" 108lbs 13% bodyfat

My bodyPROUD Intentions:: Increase My Strength, Keep Me Young, Compete in Physique Showcase Events, Sculpt My Physique, Be an Inspiration to Others, Get Discovered - TV, Magazines, Sponsorship, Gain Exposure

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: I am always setting new goals so I never have a time frame.

Life Advice that Helped Me:: Do your research! make attainable goals and never think anything is impossible.

How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:: You are what you eat. All natural all the time. Motivate your self and know that the results are not instant but will sneak up on you when you aren't looking. There is always room for improvement.

Please Help ME with:: gaining muscle mass naturally and with out over-training.

My Dietary &/or Training Routine:: I train almost every day with 4 days in between each workout before doing it again. I do heavy weight and for 1.5- 2hrs each day. I eat every 2 hours and keep my calories about 200 over my break even.

Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:: I am grateful for my health and the ability to succeed with all that I do. I am also grateful for my husband being so patient with my obsession. He is starting to participate and enjoying it too.
