Thanks for the advice Aziza! Wonderful plan! I happen to have several jugs of V8 original and low sodium.. Would these be good 'juices' to use for this plan? Could I integrate protein shakes too or should I just leave it without protein.…

Reminds me of my high school gym teacher who said that a good fast really helps out your body.. he meant though just a week long and just water. However I like YOUR idea of vegetable juice.
