- Aubrey Preston , I'm from Cape Town South Africa. got my own Private Gym in the city Adderley street,, were I got Personal trainer working with me, I train around 10 clients a day. and then time for myself to train. just got back from LA last year 2007, were I enter Fitness Hollywood, Were I come first, my goal now is to go back next year and see what's going to happen :-)
