My Philosophy on Nutrition, Physical Fitness &/or Focused Thinking:

Eat small portions 4-5 times a day. Include fruits & veggies and some meat a few times a week. Lots of fluids preferably the monavie fruit juice. Train one day off one day on in one hour routines and rest at least 8 hours a day. Not let my ass get too flat... hehe!

Left Knee Injury

I have had problems with my left knee for about 4 years now. I will not be able to compete in the swimsuit model competition, because my knee has been hurting more than usual and I couldn't prepare or train. Although I am still in top shape for the sexy beach body competition, I am opting to remain a viewer for this season's go around until I feel fully ready for showtime. I hope you forgive me. April's Competition

Hey the good news is my iron count is came back to 'normal' this means I can start training again. I won't be attending the April Competition due to being away from the iron for 6 months. But, June I should be present, keep an eye out on me.
