My Facts 'n Stats:: I am a 22-year-old self admitted competition feind. No matter what sport I participate in, I have to compete to be the best. If training were all you had to do to be great in this business, I would rule the world. I love the gym and building new programs/workouts. Alas, diet is half the battle, and one I am more likely to lose than win. Hopefully, the longer I do this, the better it will get and I can someday take that "best" title.

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: I believe above all that knowledge is power. Knowing how to fuel the body and mind are the keys to success both on and off stage!

My bodyPROUD Intentions:: Increase My Confidence, Improve my Health, Feel Better about Myself, Compete in Physique Showcase Events, Sculpt My Physique, Feel Good in a Bathing Suit, Get Discovered - TV, Magazines, Sponsorship, Gain Exposure, Become an Athlete

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: My next show is will be the FAME Nationals in October. This time I want to win, so look out ladies!

Life Advice that Helped Me:: Sugar free everything. Ladies out there know that a clean diet is tougher on some days. Sugar free items (jello, syrup, pudding, ketchup) literally save my life on a daily basis.
