- I was inspired to beguin working out last year by my trainer. It has become a big part of my life i love it!

- When everyone on team bodyfit showcased their hardwork and deciation at Fame west 2010 and rocked the house! I am so proud of my team, team captain Clint Pratch, and our mentor Sarah shakespear for making fame west 2010 a milestone in our lives.

- Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:
