What being BODY PROUD is all about !!!!

Being apart of BODY PROUD and representing FAME has motivated me not only to continue to live a healthy lifestyle but to train harder and advance to the next level of fitness.My regular training routine out-of-competition consists of 3 full body days a week at a 65% 1RM. I incorporate crossfit workouts, pilates, yoga as well as the free weights. I do a 45 minute cardio in the am, 7 days a week. My AHA Life Defining Moments:: I just finished my first competition @ the Ontario Championships in Couburg! I competed in Novice Level 2 Fitness Model and Bikini model. It was one of the most amazing experiences! Being up on stage and hearing the crowd cheer made the 3 months of training and clean eating worth every minute of it! The other competitors were unbelievably friendly and we worked together to motivate and pump each other up for the stage! Back stage meetting the other athletes and findong out what motivated them was one one the best parts of the day! I placed 1st in the fitness model and 1st runner up in the bikini model categories. The next step is to travel to the 2009 FAME world tour and compete @ a Level 3 in Fitness modeling!!!!
