- I am a full time dogwalker and part time dog trainer. I am studying to become a personal trainer..
- My BodyPROUD Story
- I first walked into a gym in June 2008 at the age of 46.The reason for this was to entice my husband to join me and help him get into better shape and lose some weight. Little did I know that I would become addicted to a better life style. I have always been a bit of an introvert and as I worked out and ate better I realized I had a passion for this. I was told I should join Fame as I seemed to have a natural build for weight lifting. This was a huge step for me but I decided why not. So I did. I am still learning on stage and still very nervous but I am improving. Also My husband has lost 35 pounds and we now do so much more together.
- My bodyPROUD Intentions:
- Increase My Confidence, Improve my Health, Increase My Strength, Become a Role Model to My Children & Family, Keep Me Young, Compete in Physique Showcase Events, Improve My Posture, Sculpt My Physique, Attain Proper Symmetry, Be an Inspiration to Others
- To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:
- I started body building in Nov. 2008, and my firlst goal of competing has already been reached ( April 2009 ). My next goal is to compete in the Canadian Nationals in the Advanced category to gain Competition Experience. After that I would like to turn Pro within a year.
