Profile Information

My BodyPROUD Story: I was the girl picked last in high school gym class who doubted she could be an athlete.I am the mom who didn't think she could shed the post baby weight of 180 lbs. I lost the weight and became a personal trainer. A few months into my dream job of personal training I became ill which left me with nerve damage in my right leg. I refuse to stop training. I may have to train less intensely and much slower but I won't give up my pursuit of excellence in fitness.

My bodyPROUD Goals:: I went from 180 lbs to 111 lbs. I was proud of myself. I gave up a wonderful paying career in health care to become a personal trainer. A few months into my new career, I was hit with an illness. I now have nerve damage. I can't run as fast as I did. I can't do as many squats and lunges as I used to but I refuse to give up. I might be slower but I can still look good!

My bodyPROUD Intentions:: Increase My Confidence, Increase My Strength, Become a Role Model to My Children & Family, Feel Better about Myself, Compete in Physique Showcase Events, Be an Inspiration to Others, Get Discovered - TV, Magazines, Sponsorship, Become an Athlete
