BTW frozen veggies are as good if not sometimes better then "fresh" food. As many foods are shipped in from around the world they may not be as fresh as frozen that is picked at the peak of ripeness and nutrition, and promptly frozen.

My BodyPROUD Story
My back ground is in dance and yoga. I love physical fitness and weight lifting. Using yoga and weights along with nutrition helps me to keep my clients making positive life changes. Today I would like to compete in some fitness shows, and grow my Christian yoga school. I have enjoyed using Beachbody products like P90X, Chalean Extreme and Insanity to help me create a tone body myself and give my clients a home practice that keeps on giving.
My Facts 'n Stats:
facts: 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with a Yoga School. I love training both individuals and teachers.

Stats; ever changing weight about 125lbs. diet clean but needs honing. waist: 26.5 thighs:21, hips 34, chest 29, biceps: 9.5
My AHA Life Defining Moments:
Eat from the earth. If it doesn't grow or have a face don't eat it. Also breathe, nice deep breathing all day. Don't think to much rather enjoy the moment.

Depending on my goal. Increase confidence is always changing and ever allusive. I am a roll model for my family and friends I want to stay that way. I hope to compete before the end of 2010. Feel good in a bathing suit, my next week in Hawaii Oct. 09. TV, Mags, and Sponsorship mainly for my yoga program and in fitness competitions I would love to go all the way to the top, discipline is what I need, discipline with balance.
Please Help ME with:
The balance of working out and family, eating. How do real people plan without getting totally consumed with body image. God comes first in my life and if I let my need to "look good" I will be putting body before God, which will not work. So this is my issue, any advice.

My story is short. I love fitness and always have. Before my adrenals failed when I was 24 I was a big biker and runner and size 2. Then I gained weight over night up to 140 my body stuck there. A few times I got down to 130 but I was always very weak and moody due to food intake. On top of that within the last 8 years I have had 2 children gaining 50 lbs+ with each pregnancy. You should gradually get your calories up by eating more often and incorporating Complex Carbohydrates

I dont cheat at all-hard for me I am certified nutritionist and trainer so of course my life revolves around this.In your case I agree you need to live a little.I train my girls to enjoy life-I wuld sugggest you discpline yourself to eat well all week and then cheat on the weekends.hope this work enjoy

I have a similar problem-I have chrons disease and infact high carb foods give me same symphtoms as you have .There is lots of glutten free food out ther that you can use visit your natural grocery store.A diet rich in protein-good fats and carbs will work great for you.The balance is harder for anyone to give you without meeting you checking out your body composition.I will help-in any way else you need best of luck to you
