Tomorrow I start back to working out afte three weeks of missing due to illness. Starting off upper body, then hit lower body another day. I have not missed this much time straight in 8 years since my last child was born!! Missing it, yet hard to get back in the routine with time more limited than ever these days with work and family obligations.
