My Plug:: Communications Strategist

My BodyPROUD Story: My husband is a 9-time IronMan triathlete. We have a teenaged son. We eat clean and enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Apart from my career as a communications strategists, I host and produce a weekly radio program about Canadian independent music. Have interviewed lots of very cool peeps.

My Facts 'n Stats:: I am 45 and fitter than ever. Have competed once in OAP figure and SAF model search (Nov. 2008).

My bodyPROUD Goals:: Workin on it...

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: Competed in OAP and SAF in November 2008. Preparing for competitions keeps me focused.

My Transformation Triumphs!: I'm training for Spring competitions. Yippee!

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: Would like to compete in FAME.

Life Advice that Helped Me:: Hang in there. It's supposed to hurt..a bit !

How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:: I like to step out of my comfort zone and take risks. So far, so good.. !
