Profile Information

My BodyPROUD Story: I have two sons that I of course adore. I work with technical support issues and clients during the day and I find that working out relieves all stress and I find peace and joy in pushing my body to change and adapt. I know that being consistent will get me where i want to go and each day my goal is to strive to be better mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionallyl. I only compare myself to me. I love the ocean and the beach and reading and dancing and watching movies :)

My Facts 'n Stats:: My name is Anna and I would like this the year to be the year I step outside my comfort zone :) I have been working out off and on for about 10 years. I have not worn a bathing suit once since I passed the age of 18 and I cringe at the thought of it :) However I saw a picture of a friend of mine who now competes and I showed my boyfriend and I said wow I would like to look like that ! He said I think you better take that bitter pill of reality and swallow it ! lol oh really well we will see about that :)

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: To compete in two events this year.. I have not decided which events as of yet.

Life Advice that Helped Me:: do something one day at a time that relates to your goal.

How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:: I never compare myself to anyone else but me.

Please Help ME with:: I was married to a bodybuilder who competed and spent long hours at the gym. I took care of the kids and him and the house while working full time and going to college at night full time. When the end of our relationship came I was wearing size 16 clothes and feeling horrible in many ways. I was an emotional wreck with a semester left to get my degree. I knew I had to focus and plan every second of my day so I did not fall apart. I got my degree and for the first time ever I was in a size 4 so all said and done when I came up for air I was better than ok on all levels :)

My Dietary &/or Training Routine:: I want to support others in their goals and get advice and support too.

My Hero / Role Model / Trainer / Sponsor / Coach / Guru... and Why: thinking about getting a trainer

Profession:: Corporate Job
