- Physique Posture - and Lean ripped abs

- Anything Protein- egg whites, chicken, vegetables, some red lean meat... a whole mess of protein shakes, lean turkey, etc...
Training routines: Lots of Cardio eg. bike with resistance and stair master with 10 lbs db mainly for legs and core. Light/Intermediate weight with super high/medium repetitions.
