My BodyPROUD Story: I love being outdoors, eating meat (steak), sushi. I live in Toronto with my fiance Chris, and my kitty Ginger. I have fun everyday & try to laugh at the bad things....

My Facts 'n Stats:: Angelica Lisk, 30 ish (LOL) i am Dutch/Spanish and African American.

My bodyPROUD Goals:: It would have to be being the top black female stunt perfromer in Canada at the moment. I am very proud of that!

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: I have never competed , but always wanted to .I was an olympic hopefull in the heptathalon in the 80's, was an accopmlished dancer and gymnast as well. Now that I am a stunt performer , i guess i just never got back to the dream of competing...Maybe now i will!! Anyone wanna train me????LOL

My Transformation Triumphs!: I just did an interview today with Linda Craddock @ sliceofscifi.com that will be posted soon. It was cool to talk about all of the sci fi films i have been a part of and to touch on the challenges of being a stunt performer.

My bodyPROUD Intentions:: I am currently selling Malibu Pilates Saturady, Sept 27th on T.S.C.
(The Shopping Channel) #19.

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: To continue performing stunts and to remain injury free!!
Also to be the top selling fitness host on T.S.C ( The Shopping Channel) this year! And to continue to travel and share fitness solutions that really WORK with the masses. Helping people one pound at a time.

How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:: Getting older really isnt that bad!! You just gotta MOVE more.
