My Body Proud Beliefs:

I have never competed , but always wanted to .I was an olympic hopefull in the heptathalon in the 80's, was an accopmlished dancer and gymnast as well. Now that I am a stunt performer , i guess i just never got back to the dream of competing...Maybe now i will!! Anyone wanna train me????LOL

It would have to be being the top black female stunt perfromer in Canada at the moment. I am very proud of that!

My Philosophy on Nutrition, Physical Fitness &/or Focused Thinking:

Getting older really isnt that bad!! You just gotta MOVE more.
