I forgot to mention I went to a school reunion recently and I was shocked at how old looking my old class mates were. Ofcourse I turned up looking like a fashion diva darling as one would and should.Vanity prevails.

- Born in the UK and living in the Yorkshire Dales.
In my 20s I was a successful photographic model appearing in many publications. My peak in 'bodybuilding was in my 30s.
I won numerous titles including the British,English and United Kingdom championships amongst many others during the 1980s.
- My Facts 'n Stats:
- I am a fit, fab, fun,single female well over 40 with a fitness orientated lifestyle.
- My AHA Life Defining Moments:
- Fitness is a discipline.
There is no excuse to be fat, it is 'you' who controls what you eat so everything in moderation.
- My Transformation Triumphs!
- I was an Army pin-up 'Miss 655 Squadron' in the 1970s and toured Northern Ireland with my regiment.
Winning the Nabba Miss North East Britain (twice)
Representing Gt Britain internationally, so so nice to hear the National Anthem playing for me.

- I think generally I have reached my goals but taking into consideration my 'age' I am looking good and will continue to do so. Age is no barrier to looking good.

- I eat clean and occasionally I eat sinfully-everything in moderation is the key.
I try not to miss more that three consecutive days training.
I always train hard-and-heavy with minimal rest and giant sets, it feels sooo mmm nice.

- Angela, I want your input on this. I have been told by several people, that the swine flu vaccine is dangerous. I have heard from several scientists, and doctors who claim that the vaccine contains a deadly pathogen that will eventually kill any person who gets the vaccine. On the other hand, I have heard from several common people who have no medical background, that the vaccine is safe. What are the odds that we would have a pandemic at the same time we have a global depression? I have heard reports that several thousand police officers, firefighters, doctors, and nurses have refused to take the vaccine, because they know what the vaccine contains. This vaccine has not been tested and it may be unsafe, yet our government wants to make it mandatory for everyone to take. The american government is planning to give foreign nations enough supplies of vaccines to provide for their own people. I do not trust the government, because it has lied too many times. This depression was engineered and there is much talk going around that the pandemic is also manmade. Who do you have to say about all this?

- Angela, thank you for your response. I have heard from so many people who have visited France that the French are rude, ill mannered, and have poor hygiene. I met two french women on Facebook and they were most unpleasant. Every topic that I spoke about, they seemed to be offended. They were not sociable and needless to say, I was not impressed. I have been told that the french people despise the United States. I do not know why, because the U.S. saved France from the Nazies. How was your day?
