I spent eight years in the US Marine Corps and spent two years at a junior college. I work for a trucking company in Dallas,Tx and I live in Houston. I plan to go back to school to earn my B.S. and eventually my Masters.

I enjoy swimming, jogging, and lifting weights. I would like to improve my swimming style. I enjoy watching movies with friends and family. I also like going out to gentlemen's clubs and sports events.

My Body Proud Beliefs:

I have competed in several powerlifting meets. My best lifts are as follows:
165 pound weight class
600 pound squat
345 pound bench press
585 deadlift
My heaviest deadlift was 630 pounds at 175 pound bodyweight in 1992.

Timeframe &/or Plan to Reach My Body Proud Goals

I would like to regain the wash board abs I had when I was in my twenties.

I Am Looking for Advice On:

I became a born again Christian in December 2008 when I spent four days in the hospital. Being in the hospital gave me a reminder of my mortality. I asked God to forgive me for my sins and I accepted Jesus Christ as my lord and savior. Since then, I feel like a new person. I have been reborn.
