- I am training hard for the Canadian Nationals in Calgary. This will be my third competion.

- I just won 1st place in the Fame Nationals, Masters Figure catagory, in Calgary AB!!

- Competing is...empowering, energizing, confidence building and something I love doing for myself. I love the way I look and feel! It's a lifestyle I have completely latched onto and it's all good!
- Please Help ME with:
- I started working out a year ago. Lost 20 lbs. and went to watch a Fame competition inCalgary. I was encouraged to compete and after some thought wanted to give it a try. Now I'm hooked! I love training and the whole journey towards competiton day. I have met some great people and the rush I feel being on stage makes all the hard work so worth it... I am body proud!
