I train five to six days a week with weights and cardio and a few different ab exercises every day.
Day 1 - Chest
Day 2 - Shoulders
Day 3 - Quads/Calves
Day 4 - Back
Day 5 - Biceps
Day 6 - Hams/Glutes
At least three different exercises for each muscle group
Three sets consisting of 12-15 reps each
Thirty minutes of cardio where my heart rate stays in the 120-140 range.
