My BodyPROUD Story: We have been on a journey of elevating ourselves in our finances, realtionships and marriage so now it's time to finish it with optimal health!!!

Totally looking forward to support and encouragement from all you other body proud members! Hopefully, we can add value to each other!

My Facts 'n Stats:: I am just geting started on the new site! Im loving it so far! My husband and I will be taking before and after pics and making updates in our journey! I have been a personal Trainer for over 8 years and taught some kickboxing. but over the last 2 years we have been focused on other areas and projects in our life and suddenly realized that our health was slipping.. So... my husband got excited about P90X and i said I would do it with him! So here we go!!

I've competed in bodybuilding twice and in about 10 days am competing in figure. I'm usually better on my own flat feet instead of heels but we'll have to see how I do. Just be diligent in your training. Don't give up and keep your eating clean.
