Still at a mere 260lbs and wearing a size 3XL, it was only 4 years ago that I was getting ready to teach my first kickboxing class. There were several people that were not happy with the fact that there was a “FAT GIRL” standing in front of the classroom, because I didn’t fit the stereotypical fit physique.
Now flashing forward to the Arnold Classic, where I am another 100lbs lighter and I found myself surrounded by several hundred of the world’s most fit physiques and still…
