- I am a cosmetologist.
- My BodyPROUD Story
- I was never the chubby kid but I was always small and wished for more muscle. When I turned 23 I was 141lbs. and was wondering what had happened to me, So I got into the gym and dropped the pounds. I took it to another level and thought if I can lose weight whats to say I can't gain the muscle I've always dreamed of. So with the help of my boyfriend (Personal Trainer) and my coach (Michael Elias) I have started to put on a little mass and plan to keep increasing muscle mass.
- My AHA Life Defining Moments:
- I Believe there are no goals one can not achieve if they truely believe in themselves. I am proof, Never did I think I would be where I am today but with hard work, support and believing in myself I am where I am today.
- My Transformation Triumphs!
- When I took the step to lose extra weight and achieved that goal and set another goal for myself and have achieved that one as well, There is no looking back for me, Only forward! I am only going to keep improving myself!
- My bodyPROUD Intentions:
- Increase My Strength, Compete in Physique Showcase Events, Sculpt My Physique, Be an Inspiration to Others, Gain Exposure, Become an Athlete
- To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:
- I want to be contest ready for my first show on May 8- June 5 I am competing in the bikini division for the npc. This is my first year to ever compete so I have high goals for myself. I am looking to compete this year for FAME also, only in the Fitness Division.

- If you can believe it you can achieve it!
- How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:
- Nutrition is key to a great body. Workouts alone wont get you to your full potential.
- Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:
- My friends and family. They are my biggest supporters.
- My Hero / Role Model / Trainer / Sponsor / Coach / Guru... and Why
- My Hero/Role Model/Trainer would have to be my boyfriend Cliff.
